Ticket Credit Policy:
The Lucketts Bluegrass Foundation seeks to provide some of the best bluegrass music available, pay musicians a living wage, and offer good value to our customers.
Even though our costs have been rising, we continue to use a number of techniques to control costs, including the use of generous volunteers to run shows and to complete administrative functions such as the website, accounting, and ticketing services. Unlike many venues, we don’t charge fees for purchasing tickets online nor do we pass on credit card fees.
Also, unlike many music venues, we understand that a customer may purchase tickets in advance and may later decide that they cannot attend a show. Since we have a number of shows that are likely to sell out and we want to be sure that we continue to be fair to musicians and fellow customers, we have instituted the following policy.
If you can’t use your ticket…
We are unable to offer credit card refunds for advance ticket sales unless the Lucketts Bluegrass Foundation cancels the show. If a show is canceled, advance ticket holders will be contacted by email and offered their choice of a credit card refund or ticket exchange for an upcoming show.
If you are unable to attend a show for which you bought an advance ticket(s) and desire a credit for an upcoming show of your choice, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the show. Contact jludin@luckettsbluegrass.org and we will provide you ticket(s) for another performance
In the event of inclement weather, refer to the Lucketts website for updates of the status of the show that day.
Advance Ticket Sales
We offer advance credit card ticket sales on our secure website: https://luckettsbluegrass.org and do not charge ticket handling or credit card fees.
Purchasing advance tickets will ensure that you have a seat in the event a show is sold out. Arrive early, all seating is first come, first served. Gates open one hour before each performance.
Tickets are also available at the door one hour before showtime.
